Worapat is a Senior Director of International Government Affairs – APJ, at Intel. He plays a pivotal role in driving policy development and fostering strong relationships with government agencies in the region. He works closely with various government bodies to shape and implement ICT-related policies, particularly in areas such as digital infrastructure, spectrum maangement, cybersecurity, and privacy.

Before joining Intel, Worapat served as the Director of Regulatory and Technology Development at the Office of Commissioners’ Affairs, National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Thailand, where he spearheaded research and policy initiatives to support the telecommunications industry’s growth in the country.

Worapat earned both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical and computer engineering, with a focus on digital signal processing and communication, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in the United States.
