Praab joined the Council in November 2005 as the Thailand Representative when the Bangkok Office was established. He has held senior positions in consumer marketing, media and investment banking. In addition, Praab was a Program Officer with the United Nations Development Program in China in the early 90s. Praab holds a M.A. (Hons.) degree from Oxford University.
